Information we use
When you order or contact us, we use the details you provide, such as your name, email, delivery and billing address, order details and messages. Payment providers process payment information to complete your purchase. Shopify also processes technical information, including IP address, device and browser information, to operate and protect the store.
Why we use it
- To process payments, deliver orders and provide customer service: to perform our contract with you.
- To keep required business records: to meet legal obligations.
- To protect the store, prevent fraud and resolve disputes: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- To send newsletters and offers when you subscribe: your consent. The signup form collects your first name, last name and email address so we can manage and personalise your subscription.
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing or necessary order messages.
Service providers
We use Shopify to host the store and manage orders and newsletter signups. Information needed to fulfil your order may be shared with payment providers, delivery companies and professional advisers. Authorities may receive information where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.
