1. About the store

These terms apply to merchandise orders placed at teamgabber.store with Team Gabber B.V., Calville 53, 2771PL Boskoop, the Netherlands. KvK: 95990496. VAT: NL867416555B01. General enquiries: info@teamgabber.store. Order enquiries: orders@teamgabber.store.

2. Products and orders

Check the product description, size, quantity and delivery details before submitting an order. Product photographs illustrate the goods; screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.

Submitting a paid order commits you to payment. We send confirmation to the email address provided. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot deliver. Obvious errors are handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Prices and payment

Product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and the order total are shown before payment. Pay using one of the methods offered at checkout. Prices can change for future purchases; changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

4. Delivery

Our normal dispatch time is 2–3 business days, followed by carrier transit time. The shipping information page in the footer lists destinations and standard rates. We remain responsible for the goods until delivery to you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. If delivery is late, your legal rights to request delivery or end the contract remain intact.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers normally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to return the goods after notifying us. The refund policy in the footer explains how to notify us, the return address, return costs, refunds and the model withdrawal notice. No provision in these terms removes mandatory withdrawal rights.

6. Product quality and complaints

Goods must meet the reasonable expectations and legal requirements that apply to them. If something is wrong, contact orders@teamgabber.store with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will handle your complaint and provide the remedies required by law. No fixed commercial guarantee period in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Newsletter offer

Where the welcome offer is available, an email subscriber may use the welcome code once for 10% off eligible merchandise. The discount does not reduce shipping charges and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Signing up is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting an order already placed.

8. Personal data and website use

The privacy policy in the footer explains how personal data is used. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content. Store content and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights; this does not restrict uses permitted by law.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law of your country of habitual residence where that protection applies. You retain your right to bring a dispute before a competent court. If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
