Dispatch

We normally dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Dispatch time is the time we need to prepare your parcel; carrier transit time comes afterwards. Any different timing for a specific product, such as a preorder, will be stated before purchase.

Delivery

Carrier transit times vary by destination. Shipping outside the EU may involve customs processing and applicable import charges; any charges collected by us are shown at checkout. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact orders@teamgabber.store with your order number. We remain responsible for delivery until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, subject to statutory exceptions where you independently appoint a carrier.
