Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt, we will send a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or stolen packages
Team Gabber is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, Team Gabber will confirm delivery to the specified address, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
