Refund policy

This policy applies to consumer purchases of merchandise from Team Gabber B.V.

14 days to change your mind

You can withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts after the last item is received.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the period ends. Email orders@teamgabber.store with your name and order details, or send a letter to the address below. You can use the model notice below, but you do not have to.

Sending your return

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you wish to withdraw. Return address: Team Gabber B.V., Calville 53, 2771PL Boskoop, the Netherlands. Include your order reference so we can identify the return.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Keep your proof of postage. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging and labels are appreciated, but are not an absolute condition of your statutory withdrawal right.

Your refund

We refund payments covered by the withdrawal, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge when you return the whole order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. A partial return does not normally include the original delivery charge.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we do not charge a refund fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email orders@teamgabber.store if your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We will arrange an appropriate solution under your statutory rights, such as repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund where the law provides for it. Necessary costs of resolving a valid defect claim are ours. Your statutory rights continue beyond the change-of-mind period.
